About the 2009 Concep User Forum

The Concep User Forum is designed for our clients who want to make the most of their email marketing using Concep Campaigner.

It's a chance to meet with the various members of Concep to discuss new features and updates on Concep's email tools as well as share experience, learn from and network with other Concep clients with a similar focus and role to yourself.

Currently marketers are expected to do more with less, so it is vital that you know how to take full advantage of the tools you have at your disposal.

This years’ User Forum successfully combined all this – education, knowledge sharing, networking – and the feedback has been great. Please share with us your ideas and feedback on the forum you attended so that we can improve on and learn for future client events.

Each session consisted of two sessions: a functionality update and demo’s followed by a focused session on a different type of campaign.

We would like to thank all those clients who attended and participated in the forums and hope that you went away inspired and excited to plan your next and future campaigns.
